You have three options for payment:

1. Use your insurance coverage:  pay your deductible plus any uncovered fees.

2. Cash pay and receive a super bill to submit to your insurance after care is complete (reimbursement is not guaranteed and is between you and your your insurance company)

3.  Cash pay without insurance

There is a 10% discount for having your cash fee paid by 32 weeks.

If you would like to you use your insurance, there is a $20 fee to verify your benefits (this will give you the amount you are responsible for and we will arrange a payment plan):

We cannot bill insurance for acute, one-time visits or CVEP.  There are no discounts available for those services.
